Favorite PCEO Memories

Training rides at noon with Ted Forgeron on our bicycles..

Filling my wardrobe with PCEO project T-Shirts.

The arms race with squirt guns that led to the massive deployment of “super soakers”.

The “inspirational” dares that management came up with.

Visual Edge beating the Connection Coprocessor to production, and having Dick Reohr, Tim Teckman and the rest of their team feed us pizza dressed like Darcel (I thank God we didn’t loose that one!)

If I could do it over again

Instead of spending 2 years in OMSO, I’d go straight to work at PCEO.

Life since PCEO

I am still working for Intel.  I was in the Networking group from its inception as LEO until 1997, then I joined the Home Networking Organization when it was formed.  Recently, I joined the new Consumer Electronics Group.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been growing wine grapes on my property near North Plains.  I continued racing  bicycles and touring, including 5 Cycle Oregon tours, and riding in the Seattle to Portland bike ride several times, twice doing 200 miles in one day.  After my daughter was born in 1998, I’ve been busy raising her and riding much less.
